Shipping & Returns

All products are shipped from one of our shipping locations or directly from the manufacturer to you. All of our shipments are insured in case a package gets lost or is damaged during shipping.
 
We ship our products via reputable carriers. At the time of shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. The shipping rates showed at time of checkout are dimensional rates only. If your shipment weights too much or it is oversized we will contact you for more details.

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 40% restocking fee. Special orders are not returnable. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be returned MUST be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. No items will be returnable after 30 days.

In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or is wrongly processed by RPM Arabia, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.


Returns
To return an unwanted item back to us, please do the following:
 
1.      Contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All packages returned without a RMA number will be refused.  Returnable items must be received within 10 days of issuing the RMA number
2.      Package the item in its original packaging unless deemed unusable
3.      Include the UNUSED parts and any additional items that were included in the original package
4.      Include a copy of your receipt
5.      Write a brief description of the problem with the product
6.      We DO NOT accept any COD packages

Once we have received the above information we will notify you via email or phone and let you know the status of your refund.
 
In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below.

1.      Immediately report all damaged items to the shipping carrier.
2.      Notify RPM Arabia within 5 days of receiving your order
3.      Take pictures of the damaged area of the product and email them to us
4.      Keep the product and its original packaging
5.      Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)


If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not qualify for the insurance claim! Once we receive the above information, we will contact the shipper to schedule a pickup – do NOT send it back to us. After we have received and inspected the damaged product, we will send a replacement product(s).
